100% of the tuition will be collected up-front. This allows Hyde Syte, LLC to make all necessary logistical arrangements for the course.
Any cancellation prior to 24 hours before the course will receive credit for a future course. Please email support@hydesytetactics or call the store to reschedule. Any course cancellation after 24 hours or is a no show will not be refunded.
If the class has to be cancelled due to lack of participants, all registrants will be contacted for alternate dates. All students who have not cancelled voluntarily will receive a full refund or the student can choose to apply the fees towards another class. We will then work with the host to reschedule another class.
Hyde Syte, LLC reserves the right to cancel the program with reasonable notice given or due to any emergency on our part with no notice given. By registering for a class, the participant agrees that in the event of a cancellation or otherwise, Hyde Syte, LLC, will not be held legally nor financially responsible for any fees, non-refundable or other, related to airfares, other airfare penalties or other travel costs such as lodging, food or rental cars nor will they be responsible for lost wages due to time off from work.
Waivers will be electronically signed and witnessed prior to each course start.
Hyde Syte Tactics understands the importance of operations, to do it safely and come home at the end of each shift. They also understand the importance of a debrief or after actions review. This is why, on behalf of Hyde Syte Tactics; we will send operators a FREE replacement tourniquet. This policy allows us to review the use of tourniquets, improve training and sustain the operator.
This policy becomes effective upon the operational use of an issued Tourniquet on one’s self or a fellow operator. Hyde Syte would like to review each deployment of the tourniquets by receiving a written report on how it was used and whether it saved the operator or Officer’s life. After a quick review, Hyde Syte will send that operator or Officer a new replacement tourniquet.
As innovative products, such as Quik Clot Combat Gauze evolves, Hyde Syte tactics understands the needs for sustainment on training and equipment. Because of factors such as cost and limited resources, Hyde Syte Tactics will, upon the expiration of your issued Quik Clot Combat Gauze, pay the user $5.00 for the exchange of an updated packet.
As these products are sometimes expensive, it becomes difficult to put a price on our lives. In turn, Hyde Syte will be able to reuse these products for training as well as assist in the cost of an updated packet. By ordering a new packet through Hyde Syte and sending us your expired, issued Quik Clot Combat Gauze, Hyde Syte will take $5.00 off the purchase price.
By purchasing products from Hyde Syte, LLC, the purchaser warrants and attests that they have the necessary training, certifications and/or authorizations to properly deploy and use these products.
The purchaser also assumes any and all liability for events arising from their use of the products and will not hold any person or business associated with Hyde Syte, LLC nor the company of Hyde Syte, LLC, civilly or criminally liable.
All Firearms will be purchased in store and proper background checks and paperwork will be completed prior to final sale. Hyde Syte, LLC offers FFL services for a minimal fee.
All firearm purchasers are responsible for their state and local laws governing the purchases, use of firearm, possession and ownership.
Hyde Syte Tactics offers a 30 day return for either refund or exchange or store credit. All returns must include original store receipt or invoice. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process.
All items that are unused and in original packaging can be returned subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If products have been used, opened or damaged there will be a 25% restocking fee or item may be rejected.
Products that are not eligible for returns are: custom products, used products, sale items, or special orders. No Returns on Apparel Items or hats.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
